Examples of District Users in a sentence

  • Subject to the terms of this Agreement, during the Term, District and District Users (as defined below) may access and use the System for the benefit of District’s students, but only with respect to the schools identified on Exhibit A hereto.

  • If in the discretion of Licensor it becomes necessary or desirable to interrupt the Event and/or evacuate the Premises for reasons of public health and safety, Licensee shall retain the right to use the Premises to complete the Event provided that it does not interfere with any other scheduled event.

  • For the purposes of this Resolution, "POTW" shall also include any sewers that convey wastewater to the POTW from persons outside the District who are, by contract or agreement with the District, Users of the District's POTW.

  • A list of these service/rental agreements will be maintained by Purchasing and published in a general location so that it can be readily accessed by District Users.

Student Data shall constitute Pupil Records for the purposes of this Agreement, and for the purposes of Wisconsin and federal laws and regulations. Student Data as specified in Exhibit “B” is confirmed to be collected or processed by the Provider pursuant to the Services. Student Data shall not constitute that information that has been anonymized or deidentified, or anonymous usage data regarding a student’s use of Provider’s services. SDPC (The Student Data Privacy Consortium): Refers to the national collaborative of schools, districts, regional, territories and state agencies, policy makers, trade organizations and marketplace providers addressing real-world, adaptable, and implementable solutions to growing data privacy concerns.
