Divestment Businesses definition

Divestment Businesses means as the case may be one or more of the Wales Divestment Business, the Norfolk Divestment Business and/or the Luton Divestment Business (each a “Divestment Business”);

Examples of Divestment Businesses in a sentence

• In particular, where the remuneration package of a Divestiture Trustee includes a success premium linked to the final sale value of the Divestment Businesses, the fee shall also be linked to a divestiture within the Trustee Divestiture Period.
