Dividend Value definition

Dividend Value means the aggregate amount of dividends and other distributions paid on one Share for which the record date occurred on or after the first day of the Performance Period and prior to the final settlement date at which shares of Common Stock are issued to a Participant (excluding dividends and distributions paid in the form of additional Shares).
Dividend Value means the aggregate amount of dividends and other distributions paid on one Share for which the record date occurred on or after the first day of the Performance Period and prior to the Issuance Date for the Performance Period (excluding dividends and distributions paid in the form of additional Shares).
Dividend Value means the value of any dividends paid on a share in December 2017 or during the Performance Period, with the payment date deemed to have occurred on the ex-dividend date for such dividend and the amount of such dividend deemed reinvested in shares of the applicable issuer as of the ex-dividend date (based on the closing price of such shares on such date).

Dividend Value means, as of a particular date of determination, the aggregate amount of dividends and other distributions paid on one share of Common Stock that was outstanding as of the Effective Date between January 1, 2006 and such date of determination (excluding dividends and distributions paid in the form of additional shares of Common Stock).
