DMS Model definition

DMS Model means the use of DMS Corp.'s licensed software, consolidation of back-office operations through a DMS Center; standardized delivery zones, costing, services and data entry; profit-incentivized workers; and other methods of doing business in effect from time to time which are intended to be consistent with the industry's then-current best practices as determined by DMS Corp.

  • In any event, the Brand Manager shall not unreasonably withhold his approval as to expense items according to the DMS Model.

  • Global Operating Model means the global network that conducts State Street’s business in multiple locations across North America, Europe and Asia with significant operational hubs in China, India and Poland, using automated processes and established globally consistent procedures, controls and training.

  • Financial Model means the financial model adopted by Senior Lenders, setting forth the capital and operating costs of the Project and revenues therefrom on the basis of which financial viability of the Project has been determined by the Senior Lenders, and includes a description of the assumptions and parameters used for making calculations and projections therein;

  • Catalog means the available list of tangible personal property or services, in the most current listing, regardless of date, during the life of the contract, that takes the form of a catalog, price list, schedule, shelf price or other form that:

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Services;

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Matrix (1 2 8 9) means a substantially continuous phase that fills the space between particles, whiskers or fibres.

  • Work package means a major sub-division of the proposed project.

  • Configuration means State-specific changes made to the Software without Source Code or structural data model changes occurring.

  • Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;
