Dockless Scooter definition

Dockless Scooter or “Scooter” means any two-wheeled device that has handlebars, has a floorboard that is designed to be stood upon, and is powered by an electric motor. These terms do not include other types of motorized vehicles, such as motorized bikes, motorized skateboards, hoverboards, or self-balancing Segway scooters (with or without handlebars).
Dockless Scooter means an e-scooter, or any other self-propelled (in part or whole) scooter vehicle type that does not require the construction of a special docking location.
