Document Custodian Fee Letter definition

Document Custodian Fee Letter means the fee letter dates as of the date hereof, between the Borrower and the Document Custodian, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Document Custodian Fee Letter means the fee letter dates as of the Original Closing Date, between the Borrower and the Document Custodian, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
