Domain Name License definition

Domain Name License means any agreement (A) under which a Grantor grants any right to any other Person under any Domain Name owned by any Grantor or which any Grantor otherwise has the right to license to any other Person, or (B) granting any right to any Grantor under any property of the type described in the definition of Domain Name owned by any other Person, and all rights of any Grantor under any such agreement.
