Sub-License definition

Sub-License means any segregation or partition of the radio frequency usage rights granted herein and shall include any arrangement by the Licensee to share radio frequency rights with one or more third parties, including any Affiliate.
Sub-License means the parts of this agreement that permit You to purchase and use those elements of the FECPAKG2 Unit covered by Techion’s License with Menixis.

More Definitions of Sub-License

Sub-License means authorization to exercise the right to use Software derived from the Contractor’s License, acquired from the person exercising the property rights of the author, including but not limited to the right of the Contractor to grant the right to use the Software to a third party.
