Domestic Banks definition

Domestic Banks means Fleet and the Bank of Novia Scotia.
Domestic Banks. The banks and financial institutions that shall have agreed to make Domestic Loans to Ryder, as evidenced by such Bank having a positive figure beside its name in the column titled “Domestic Commitment” on Schedule 1 hereto, as such Schedule may be updated from time to time in accordance with §2.1.5, §2.3(f), §2.4 and §21 hereof, each other Person that becomes a “Domestic Bank” in accordance with this Agreement, and their respective successors and assigns.
Domestic Banks. The Banks set forth on SCHEDULE 2, acting in their role as makers of Domestic Loans or as participants with respect to Domestic Letters of Credit.

  • The reports shall be transmitted to the International Operations Department at iod@bsp.gov.ph, copy furnished the Supervisory Data Center (SDC) at the following addresses: sdcfxkbdom@bsp.gov.ph (for Domestic Banks) and sdcfxkbfor@bsp.gov.ph (for Foreign Banks).

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, to avoid the incurrence of breakage costs with respect to Canadian Loans which are LIBOR Rate Loans, the Canadian Borrowers shall not be obligated to repay any Canadian Loan that is a LIBOR Rate Loan until the end of the Interest Period relating thereto to the extent that the unused amount of the Domestic Commitments of the Domestic Banks which are affiliates of the Canadian Banks shall be greater than or equal to the Canadian Excess Amount.

  • Upon the effective date of any such reduction or termination, Ryder shall pay to the Administrative Agent, for the pro rata accounts of the Domestic Banks, the full amount of the accrued and unpaid Domestic Facility Fee on the amount of such reduction.

  • Domestic Loan Requests made hereunder shall be irrevocable and binding on Ryder and shall obligate Ryder to accept the Domestic Loan requested from the Domestic Banks on the proposed Drawdown Date.

  • The obligations of the Domestic Banks under this clause shall survive the payment in full of the Obligations and the termination of this Agreement.

Domestic Banks has the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this Agreement.

  • Domestic Loan Parties means, collectively, the Company and the Guarantors.
