Domestic Bidder definition

Domestic Bidder means any Bidder having nationality of Bhutan or group of legal entities, all members of the group having nationality of Bhutan. A legal entity shall be considered as having the nationality of Bhutan if it is registered within in Bhutan and constituted under and governed by the civil, commercial or public laws of Bhutan, and having its statutory office, central administration or principle place of business in Bhutan;
Domestic Bidder means any bidder whose principal place of business is within Mala#i; “domestic supplier” means any supplier whose principal place of business is within Mala#i;
Domestic Bidder means any bidder whose principal place of business is within Malawi;

  • A Bidder may be granted preference as a Domestic Bidder subject to the certification from the DTI that the Bidder is offering unmanufactured articles, materials or supplies of the growth or production of the Philippines, or manufactured articles, materials, or supplies manufactured or to be manufactured in the Philippines substantially from articles, materials, or supplies of the growth, production, or manufacture, as the case may be, of the Philippines.
