Domestic Guaranty definition

Domestic Guaranty means that guaranty defined as the Domestic Guaranty in Section III.B. in the Combined Plan and Disclosure Statement.

Domestic Guaranty means that certain guaranty agreement made by the Domestic Guarantors in favor of the Administrative Agent and the other Lender Parties pursuant to which the Domestic Guarantors Guarantee the Obligations, substantially in the form of Exhibit F-1.

Examples of Domestic Guaranty in a sentence

• In consideration for the execution and delivery by the Domestic Guarantors (other than Interface) of their Domestic Guaranty Agreement, Interface agrees to make the benefit of extensions of credit made to it hereunder available to the Domestic Guarantors.
