Domestic Mortgaged Property definition

Domestic Mortgaged Property means (a) each owned Real Property located in the United States of America and identified as a “Mortgaged Propertyon Schedule 1.01(c) and (b) each Material Real Property located in the United States of America, if any, owned by any Loan Party and which shall be subject to a Mortgage delivered after the Closing Date pursuant to Section 7.12.
Domestic Mortgaged Property means each parcel of real property and improvements thereto located in the United States with respect to which a Mortgage is granted pursuant to Section 5.29.
Domestic Mortgaged Property means (a) each Real Property identified as a Mortgaged Property on Schedule 8(a)(3) to the Perfection Certificate dated the Closing Date and (b) each Real Property, if any, which shall be subject to a Domestic Mortgage delivered after the Closing Date pursuant to Section 7.10 (Additional Collateral and Guaranties).

  • UCC Collateral is defined in Section 3.03.

  • Individual Property means each parcel of real property, the Improvements thereon and all Personal Property owned by Mortgage Borrower and encumbered by a Mortgage, together with all rights pertaining to such Property and Improvements, as more particularly described in each Mortgage and referred to therein as the “Property”.
