Domestic Note definition

Domestic Note means a promissory note made by the Domestic Borrowers in favor of a Domestic Lender evidencing Domestic Loans made by such Domestic Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit B-2.
Domestic Note. See §2.5(a).
Domestic Note means a Tranche A Note or an Incremental Note.

  • Term Loan A Note means a promissory note in the form of Exhibit 2.5-3, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Domestic septage means either liquid or solid material removed from a septic tank, cesspool, portable toilet, Type III marine sanitation device, or similar treatment works that receives only domestic sewage. Domestic septage does not include liquid or solid material removed from a septic tank, cesspool, or similar treatment works that receives either commercial wastewater or industrial wastewater and does not include grease removed from grease trap at a restaurant.

  • Guarantor Security Agreement means any Security Agreement executed by any Guarantor in favor of Agent securing the Guaranty of such Guarantor.

  • Domestic Animal means any animal which is tamed or which has been or is being sufficiently tamed to serve some purpose for the use of man or which, although it neither has been nor is intended to be so tamed, is or has become in fact wholly or partly tamed-,

Any obligation that is registered or qualified for sale outside the domestic market of the relevant Reference Entity (regardless of whether such obligation is also registered or qualified for sale within the domestic market of the relevant Reference Entity) shall be deemed not to be intended for sale primarily in the domestic market of the Reference Entity.
