Domestic Note definition

Domestic Note means a promissory note made by the Domestic Borrowers in favor of a Domestic Lender evidencing Domestic Loans made by such Domestic Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit B-2.
Domestic Note. See §2.5(a).
Domestic Note means a Tranche A Note or an Incremental Note.

Domestic Note means a promissory note made by the Domestic Borrowers in favor of a Domestic Lender evidencing Domestic Loans made by such Domestic Lender, in form and substance in satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and each applicable Lender.
Domestic Note means a promissory note made by the Domestic Borrowers in favor of a Revolving Domestic Lender evidencing Revolving Domestic Loans made by such Revolving Domestic Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit B-2.
Domestic Note means any promissory note in the form of Exhibit A-1.
Domestic Note shall be as defined in Section 2.3(a).

  • RMB Note means a Note denominated in Renminbi.

  • Domestic Loan Party means any Loan Party organized under the laws of any state of the United States of America or the District of Columbia.
