Domgas Project definition

Domgas Project means any domestic gas treatment plant within the Gas Processing Area on Barrow Island and a pipeline connection or connections to deliver natural gas from that plant to domestic gas infrastructure on the mainland of Western Australia;
Domgas Project means the treatment of natural gas obtained from within the Title Areas and, subject to this Agreement, from other areas, to produce Domgas and, if the Joint Venturers so wish, condensate and the conveyance of Domgas through the Domgas Project Pipeline into the domestic gas pipeline network and all related activities for that purpose including:

  • Subject to the provisions of clauses 38 and 39 and of this clause, this Agreement shall expire on the later of the date occurring 25 years after date on which the last of the Joint Venturers' proposals submitted pursuant to clause 11 for the Domgas Project shall have been approved or determined pursuant to clause 12.

  • The Organization will also seek opportunities for integration which provide for more effective use of existing resources and expansion of operations which allow for improved economies of scale and additional net resources for the Organization.

  • New Project means (a) each facility which is either a new facility, branch or office or an expansion, relocation, remodeling or substantial modernization of an existing facility, branch or office owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries which in fact commences operations and (b) each creation (in one or a series of related transactions) of a business unit to the extent such business unit commences operations or each expansion (in one or a series of related transactions) of business into a new market.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Energy project means the installation or modification of an energy efficiency improvement or the acquisition, installation, or improvement of a renewable energy system.

  • Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;

  • Sub-project means a specific development project to be carried out by a Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan; and

  • Ongoing Project means a multi-year project undertaken by a Company in fulfilment of its CSR obligation having timelines not exceeding three years excluding the financial year in which it was commenced, and shall include such project that was initially not approved as a multi-year project but whose duration has been extended beyond one year by the board based on reasonable justification;

  • Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.

  • Project Area means land or lands located within the incentive

  • Production Burdens means any royalties (including lessor’s royalties), overriding royalties, production payments, net profit interests or other burdens upon, measured by or payable out of oil, gas or mineral production.

Upon request of a producer, the executive officer may designate, as part of the producer's production facility, a physically separate bulk storage facility which (A) is owned or leased by the producer, and (B) is operated by or at the direction of the producer, and (C) is not used to store or distribute gasoline or CARBOB that is not supplied from the production facility.

  • Pilot project means an innovative environmental project that covers one or more designated facilities, designed and implemented in the form of an EMSA. (See Section 52.3 of the Act.)
