Door to Door Solicitation definition

Door to Door Solicitation means the practice of engaging in or attempting to engage in conversation with any person at a residence, whether or not that person is a competent individual, while making or seeking to make or facilitate a home solicitation sale, or attempting to further the sale of goods and or services.
Door to Door Solicitation means offering products for sale through personal visits by salespersons to consumers' homes.
Door to Door Solicitation means a sales solicitation for electric power and energy at the home of a residential customer or place of business of a small commercial customer that takes place without an appointment and in the absence of a preexisting relationship between the solicitor and the customer.
