Dormitory housing definition

Dormitory housing means housing facilities designed for and occupied by students attending higher education.
Dormitory housing means up to thirty-two (32) beds of dormitory-style housing (utilizing an entire floor or a portion of two floors) for Miami City Ballet dancers, students and other program participants, and MCB personnel only, as such term may be further described in the City Development Agreement.
Dormitory housing means residence halls operated by a post-secondary educational institution.

  • Throughout the Term of this Lease, Lessee shall use the Premises solely for the Project purposes as set forth in the City Development Agreement, which purposes shall be limited to the operation of the Workforce Housing Units, Dormitory Housing, and ground-floor cultural or retail uses, provided, however, that in no event shall any such ground floor cultural or retail uses include any of the Prohibited Uses, as set forth in Section 11(f) below.
