Seller’s Counsel has the meaning set forth in Section 10.13(a).
Counselor means an educator who provides full-time counseling and guidance services and holds the relevant certificate from SBEC.
Borrower’s Counsel means Xxxxxx Xxxx Philips & Xxxxxxxx XXX, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx or such other firm of legal counsel as the Borrowers may from time to time designate;
Lenders’ Counsel means the firm of Blake, Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxxx LLP or such other firm of legal counsel as the Agent may from time to time designate.
Company U.S. Counsel means Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx and Xxxx LLP, with offices located at 00 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx 00000.
School counselor means an educator who provides full-time counseling and guidance services and holds the relevant certificate from SBEC.
Counsellor means the public utility counsel.
Purchaser’s Counsel means Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx LLP.
Co-Lead Counsel means the firms of Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx LLP, and Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx LLP.
Plaintiffs’ Counsel means Lead Counsel and all other legal counsel who, at the direction and under the supervision of Lead Counsel, performed services on behalf of the Settlement Class in the Action.
Holders’ Counsel means one counsel for the selling Holders chosen by Holders holding a majority interest in the Registrable Securities being registered.
Defense Counsel means Xxxxxx, Xxxxx & Xxxxxxx LLP.
Licensed professional counselor means a counselor licensed by a member state, regardless of the title used by that state, to independently assess, diagnose, and treat behavioral health conditions.
Senior Counsel means a legal practitioner appointed by the President as a Senior Counsel of Namibia in terms of section 79(3) of the Legal Practitioners Act, 1995 (Act No. 15 of 1995).
Professional counselor means a person who practices counseling as defined in § 54.1-3500.
Liaison Counsel means Xxxxxx Xxxx LLP.
Lead Counsel means the law firm of Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx & Xxxxxxxxx LLP.
LLP means a limited liability partnership as defined under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008;
Genetic counselor means a person licensed by the Board to engage in the practice of genetic
Specialist means either a physician or other health care professional who practices in a specific area other than those practiced by primary care providers, or a properly licensed, certified or registered individual health care provider whose practice is limited to rendering mental health services. For purposes of cost-share, this definition of “specialist” does not apply to dentists. BCBSAZ does not require you to obtain an authorization or referral to see a specialist.
Defendants’ Counsel means Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxx X. Xxxxx of Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx LLP.
Counseling services means services provided by qualified social workers, psychologists, guidance counselors, or other qualified personnel.
Counseling means one or more consultations as necessary between a state licensed psychiatrist or psychologist and a patient for the purpose of determining that the patient is capable and not suffering from a psychiatric or psychological disorder or depression causing impaired judgment.
Specialist Physician means a licensed physician who qualifies as an attending physician and who examines a patient at the request of the attending physician or authorized nurse practitioner to aid in evaluation of disability, diagnosis, or provide temporary specialized treatment. A specialist physician may provide specialized treatment for the compensable injury or illness and give advice or an opinion regarding the treatment being rendered, or considered, for a patient’s compensable injury.
Rehabilitation counseling services means services provided by qualified personnel in individual or group sessions that focus specifically on career development, employment preparation, achieving independence, and integration in the workplace and community of a student with a disability. The term also includes vocational rehabilitation services provided to a student with disabilities by vocational rehabilitation programs funded under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.
