Lenders’ Counsel definition

Lenders’ Counsel means the firm of XxXxxxxx Xxxxxxxx LLP or such other firm of legal counsel as the Agent may from time to time designate and any and all local agent counsel retained by XxXxxxxx Xxxxxxxx LLP for and on behalf of the Agent.

Lenders’ Counsel means the firm of Osler, Xxxxxx & Harcourt LLP, Toronto, Ontario, or such other firm of legal counsel as the Administrative Agent may from time to time designate;

Lenders’ Counsel means Dxxxxx Wxxx Xxxxxxxx & Vxxxxxxx LLP and, in respect of any jurisdiction other than Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia, such other counsel in such jurisdiction as may be retained as counsel by or on behalf of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders.

Lenders’ Counsel means DLA Piper (Canada) LLP and, at any time, any other legal counsel retained by the Lender in the relevant jurisdiction to the matter in question;

Lenders’ Counsel means Stikeman Elliott LLP and, at any time, any other legal counsel retained by the Agent for and on behalf of the Finance Parties in the relevant jurisdiction to the matter in question;

Lenders’ Counsel means (i) in Canada, Blake, Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxxx LLP, and (ii) in each other relevant jurisdiction, such firm of solicitors as the Administrative Agent may select;

Lenders’ Counsel means Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx LLP and, at any time, any other legal counsel retained by the Lender.
