Downtown crossing means the portion of the Ohio River Bridges project that involves:
Downtown crossing shall have the same meaning ascribed to this term in the preamble.
Downtown crossing means the portion of the Project that involves reconstruction and operational improvements to the Xxxxxxx Interchange where I-64, I-65, and I-71 converge on the south side of the Xxxxxxx Bridge in downtown Louisville, reconstruction of the Xxxxxxx Bridge along with construction of a New Downtown Bridge just east of the Xxxxxxx Bridge (I-65), and reconstruction of the I-65 approach in Indiana, including modernization to improve ingress and egress and realignment and widening of the approaches.

  • Final Traffic Configuration Tolling Readiness Deadline: 120 days from the date the Joint Board notifies TSP that the DB Contractor is 120 days away from achieving “substantial completion” of the Downtown Crossing (including both the Xxxxxxx Crossing and the New Downtown Crossing) as required in Section 8.1.2 of the DB Contract.

  • In the event that the City’s Traffic Improvements – Downtown Crossing Phase 2 are not completed on such dates, the Developer may request in writing that the City perform such work.

  • Final Configuration (Toll Zones DB-1, R-1, R-2 and KB- 1) Substantial Completion shall mean Substantial Completion of the Downtown Crossing.

  • To support the financing and construction of the Downtown Crossing, Kentucky will provide funds as described in Section 8.3.

  • Downtown Crossing shall mean the construction, reconstruction, operation, and maintenance of the Xxxxxxx Crossing and the New Downtown Crossing.

  • Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.
