DP Legislation definition
DP Legislation means the new Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (“the Regulation”), the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 (SI 2426/2003), and all other applicable laws and regulations relating to the processing of personal data and privacy and any subordinate legislation relating to the processing of personal data and privacy. This includes any applicable guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner’s Office (in the UK) or relevant government department in relation to such legislation.
DP Legislation means the DPA, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, the Data Protection (Charges and Information) Regulations 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the ‘General Data Protection Legislation’ or the ‘GDPR’), and all associated regulations, statutory instruments, guidance notes and codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner’s Office, as amended from time to time;
DP Legislation means the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) (“GDPR”), the Data Protection Act 2018 and all other laws and regulations from time to time relating to the processing of personal data, including any which implement the GDPR or create broadly equivalent law in the United Kingdom;

Any processing of personal data will be in accordance with the DP Legislation.
In these circumstances each party undertakes to fully comply with the applicable obligations imposed on it acting in such capacity under the DP Legislation.
This Data Processing Addendum is in addition to, and does not relieve, remove or replace, a Party's obligations under the Applicable DP Legislation.
Specifically, You shall ensure that the relevant third parties have been informed of, and have given their consent to or that You have appropriate legal grounds to such use, processing, and transfer as required by the DP Legislation and envisaged by this Agreement.

DP Legislation means any and all applicable data protection legislation in force from time to time including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), the Regulation of Investigatory Powers ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, the Telecommunications (Lawful Business Practice) (Interception of Communications) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000/2699), the Electronic Communications Data Protection Directive (2002/58/EC), the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 (SI 2426/2003) and all applicable laws and regulations relating to the processing of personal data and privacy, including where applicable the guidance and codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or any other supervisory authority, and the equivalent of any of the foregoing in any relevant jurisdiction and the terms “data controller”, “data processor”, “data subject”, “personal data”, “processing” and “data protection principles” bear the respective meaning given to them in the DP Legislation.
DP Legislation means the GDPR, DPA and all other applicable legislation relating to personal data protection and privacy together with any national implementing laws in any Member State of the European Union (“EU”) or, to the extent applicable, as amended, repealed, consolidated or replaced from time to time;
DP Legislation means all applicable data protection and privacy legislation, regulations and guidance including: (i) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (or, in the event that the UK leaves the European Union, all applicable legislation enacted in the UK in respect of the protection of Personal Data) (the "General Data Protection Regulation" or "GDPR") and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003; and (ii) the Data Protection Act 2018;
DP Legislation. For the avoidance of doubt, from 25 May 2018 onwards this definition shall include the General Data Protection Regulation and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations to the extent that they are in force in the UK, including any law based on or seeking to enact any essentially equivalent provisions in the United Kingdom to the GDPR and any applicable guidance or codes of practice issued by the European Data Protection Board or Information Commissioner from time to time (all as amended, updated or re-enacted from time to time). "Frascati Manual 2015" The manual of standard practice for surveys on research and experimental development published by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development which can be accessed at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ "Freedom of Information Legislation" Any or all of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004, the Freedom of Information ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ or the Freedom of Information (Scotland) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, or any subsequent legislation which amends or replaces them. "General Data Protection Regulation" or “GDPR” Regulation (EU) 2016/679 "Gold User" A Staff Member based in the United Kingdom who is assessed by a Lead Contact as having a legitimate need to have full access to any ▇▇▇▇▇ Plus Data (including Unrounded Data relating to individuals which may be Personal Data) for the Permitted Uses and who has signed a Gold User Agreement. References to Gold Users in this Agreement shall include Lead Contacts unless the contrary is stated in the relevant provision. "Gold User Agreement" An agreement in the form of, or substantially in the same form as, the agreement set out in Schedule 4.
