BOTH PARTIES UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, THEY ARE WAIVING THEIR RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY WITH REGARD TO ANY OF THE MATTERS ADDRESSED IN SECTION A OF THIS DR AGREEMENT.
THE PARTIES UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, THEY ARE WAIVING THEIR RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY WITH REGARD TO ANY OF THE MATTERS ADDRESSED IN PARAGRAPH A OF THIS DR AGREEMENT.
Transition Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 12.8.1.
Collaboration Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
SPS Agreement means the Agreement on the Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures which is a part of the WTO Agreement; Subheading means the first six digits in the tariff classification number under the HS; Territory means:
Formation Agreement has the meaning attributed to it in Recital A;
Termination Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
MCIP Agreement means the Agreement for the Development of a Joint County Industrial and Business Park (2010 Park) dated as of December 1, 2010, as amended, between the County and Xxxxxxxx County, South Carolina, as the same may be further amended or supplemented from time to time, or such other agreement as the County may enter with respect to the Project to offer the benefits of the Special Source Revenue Credits to the Company hereunder.
Client Agreement means the agreement between the Company and the Client, which together with the Terms of Business are defined as “Operative Agreements” and govern the terms on which the Company deals with the Client.
Main Agreement means the part of this Agreement that commences on the first page and ends with but includes Schedule A, excluding Section 3(d) (which incorporates this Schedule C into the Agreement).
Diversion agreement means a mechanism designed to hold a child accountable for his or her behavior and, if appropriate, securing services to serve the best interest of the child and to provide redress for that behavior without court action and without the creation of a formal court record;
Alliance Agreement has the meaning given to such term in paragraph 11.2 of Schedule 13 (Information and Industry Initiatives);
Exclusivity Agreement , in relation to land, means an agreement, by the owner or a lessee of the land, not to permit any person (other than the persons identified in the agreement) to construct a solar pv station on the land;”;
Cooperation Agreement means that certain Mortgage Loan Cooperation Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, among Borrower, Lender and Sponsor, as the same may from time to time be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified in accordance herewith.
Foundation Agreement means the agreement dated the 20th February 1985 made between the Trustee, the Manager, Xxxxxxxx, Genting WA and Tileska providing for the subscription of Units and Options;
Affiliation Agreement means a written agreement between the governing authority of the program and another organization under the terms of which specified services, space or personnel are provided to one organization by the other, but without exchange of moneys.
Sponsor Letter Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
SCM Agreement means the Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures in Annex 1A to the WTO Agreement;
Joint Agreement means a type of Fund Use Agreement between the Consortium and the Fund Council that sets forth an umbrella set of terms and conditions that govern principally the submission and approval of CRP proposals and the transfer and use of funds from the CGIAR Fund for implementation of CRPs.
License Agreement means the agreement between SAP (or an SAP SE Affiliate, or an authorized reseller) under which Customer procured the rights to use SAP Software or a Cloud Service.
Arrangement Agreement has the meaning ascribed thereto in the recitals hereof;
TBT Agreement means the Agreement on Technical Barriers to Trade, which is part of the WTO Agreement;
Combination Agreement shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.
Implementation Agreement means the Implementation Agreement dated ……… by and between the GOB, PGCB and the Company in connection with the Project, and also includes any amendment of it made from time to time;

Vendor Agreement means a contractual agreement for ancillary services or commodities which are not material for the provision of services under the head contract.
Letter Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Reciprocal agreement means an agreement between this state and a higher education compact or 1 or more other states that allows participating colleges to provide distance education to residents of this state and other member states under this act.
