The Seller however reserves the right to amend the Draft General Plan insofar as it may be necessary to (a) obtain the approval of the rezoning and subdivision of the properties and/or (b) comply with any conditions of rezoning and subdivision imposed by any local or government authority and/or (c) ensure the viability of the Development and for any other reason as may be reasonably necessary.
