Dram Shop insurance if alcoholic beverages are sold on the Property;
Dram Shop or "Liquor Law Liability" insurance on behalf of the Tribe, the Authority, and Manager against all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly to any persons or property on account of the sale or dispensing of beer, wine or other alcoholic beverages on the Gaming Facility including, without limitation, coverage for loss of means of support in an amount not less than Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000) per occurrence; (b) fidelity bond coverage with respect to those employees of the Gaming Enterprise specifically designated in writing by the Management Business Board; (c) business interruption (including loss of rents) insurance covering not less than twelve months of loss; and (d) special theft insurance coverage; all in such amounts as determined by Manager as commercially prudent taking into consideration the coverages maintained by owners of casino facilities comparable to the Gaming Facility.
Dram Shop or liquor liability insurance. Tenant’s Insurance shall be issued by an insurance company of recognized standing, authorized to do business in the State of Colorado and having a Best’s Insurance Guide rating of at least A:VII and satisfactory to Landlord. Tenant’s Insurance (other than any policy of worker’s compensation insurance) will name Landlord and Landlord’s lender(s) as additional insureds. Original or copies of original policies (together with copies of the endorsements naming Landlord and Landlord’s lender(s) as additional insureds) will be delivered to Landlord prior to the Rent Commencement Date. Tenant’s Insurance will provide that it may not be terminated or amended except after thirty (30) days prior written notice to Landlord. All public liability property damage, liability and casualty policies maintained by Tenant shall be written as primary policies, not contributing with and not supplemental to coverage that Landlord may carry.

  • If the Borrower sells or serves liquor; the Certificate of Liability Insurance must evidence Dram Shop or Liquor Liability with a minimum $1,000,000 per occurrence limit.

  • Tenant's Property Insurance policy, its Comprehensive General Liability policy and, if required, its Dram Shop liability policy, shall each name Landlord, its beneficiaries, and their respective officers, directors, beneficiaries, partners, agents, and employees as additional insureds.

  • In connection with Private Events, Tenant may serve, or hire another party to serve, food and beverages (including alcoholic beverages) for on-premises consumption only, provided that Tenant obtains or causes to be obtained, if necessary, all governmental licenses, approvals and permits required in connection therewith and in the case of offering of any alcoholic beverages for consumption within the Premises, Dram Shop or liquor liability insurance coverage.

  • Tenant shall obtain and keep in full force and effect throughout the lease term Dram Shop insurance in the minimum amount of $3,000,000.00.

  • Prior to any tenant selling alcoholic beverages on any part of the Project, Borrower either itself or through the Tenant shall provide evidence of so-called "Dram Shop" against claims or liabilities arising directly or indirectly to Persons or property on account of the sale or dispensing of alcoholic beverages.

  • If Tenant elects to serve alcoholic beverages at the Premises, Tenant’s commercial or comprehensive general liability insurance policy shall also include coverage for liquor liability (Dram Shop) insurance in a minimum amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence.

More Definitions of Dram Shop

Dram Shop or other liquor liability coverage if alcoholic beverages are sold for consumption at the Property, such coverage to be maintained by Borrower or the applicable Tenant, in reasonable and customary amounts and with reasonable and customary deductibles;
Dram Shop and/or "Innkeeper's Liability" insurance in the amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) against claims or liabilities arising directly or indirectly to Persons or property on account of the sale or dispensing of beer, wine or other alcoholic beverages shall also be furnished, including in such coverage loss of means of support, all in amount that may be required by applicable laws or as Lender may reasonably specify if any part of the Project is now or hereafter used for the sale or dispensing of beer, wine or any other alcoholic beverages; (e) employee dishonesty, and money and securities insurance (inside and out), depositors forgery, and liability for guests' property on a blanket basis covering all employees of Borrower or Property Manager who have access to or are responsible for the handling of Borrower's funds, guest property or tenant security deposits, in such amounts as Lender shall require from time to time, but in no event less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000); (f) Umbrella liability on a following-form basis with limits of Four Million Dollars ($4,000,000) per occurrence and annual aggregate, and (g) builder's risk insurance, as applicable, in amounts and with coverages reasonably required by Lender.
Dram Shop insurance set forth in Sections 7.8.1(c) and (f), shall name Lender, its directors, officers and employees as an Additional Insured.

  • Short-barreled shotgun means a shotgun having one or more barrels less than eighteen inches in length and any weapon made from a shotgun by any means of modification if such modified weapon has an overall length of less than twenty-six inches.
