Seller represents, warrants and covenants that, to Seller’s knowledge after reasonable investigation, the goods are, and upon delivery will be, DRC Conflict Free (as such term is defined in the US Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended by Section 1502 of the Xxxx-Xxxxx Xxxx Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and the related rules and regulations of the US Securities and Exchange Commission).

Parts 240 and 249(b), promulgated pursuant to Section 1502 of the Xxxx-Xxxxx Xxxx Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (the "Rule").
Seller certifies and warrants that all products that will be delivered to W International by Seller under this Order are DRC Conflict Free.
