DriveWealth Platform definition

DriveWealth Platform means such technology owned, operated or made available by DriveWealth or an Affiliate of DriveWealth for Issuer’s use.

DriveWealth Platform means such technology owned, operated, or made available by DriveWealth or an Affiliate of DriveWealth to enable brokerage services in your Account. “Effective Date” shall be the date of this Customer Account Agreement as stated above. “Introducing Broker” means the organization serving as your broker. Your Introducing Broker is responsible for receiving your instruction to buy and sell securities and transmitting that instruction to DriveWealth.

Examples of DriveWealth Platform in a sentence

  • This Agreement shall become effective on the Effective Date and shall continue in force for so long as the Securities remain on the DriveWealth Platform (the “Term”).

  • If DriveWealth reasonably believes that the Account has been compromised due to a cyber security incident, we reserve the right to take immediate action to protect the Account and the DriveWealth Platform including, but not limited to, initiating a freeze on trading, hold on assets, or otherwise locking down the Account.

  • By integrating to the DriveWealth Platform to offer Instant Trading, Company accepts these Terms and agrees to incorporate them into the Prior Agreements.

  • No change or cancellation of market orders will be accepted through the DriveWealth Platform.

  • In the event that a Securities and Other Assets held in the Account is not supported or is no longer supported on the DriveWealth Platform and/or by Introducing Firm, you understand that DriveWealth may liquidate the position and credit the Account with the corresponding cash, or otherwise facilitate liquidating-only orders in such position, in DriveWealth’s sole discretion.

  • DriveWealth shall comply in all respects with “best execution” on all Orders executed through the DriveWealth Platform pursuant to Applicable Law.

  • online platform means a provider of a hosting service which, at the request of a recipient of the service, stores and disseminates to the public information, unless that activity is a minor and purely ancillary feature of another service and, for objective and technical reasons cannot be used without that other service, and the integration of the feature into the other service is not a means to circumvent the applicability of this Regulation.

  • Hosting Platform means a hosted infrastructure to run the Cloud Service.

  • Content Platform means all or any portion of a website containing written, video or photographic commentary, news or discussion on one or more particular topics (such as a blog) and that includes any Influencer Content.

Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.
