DSA Record Set definition

DSA Record Set means such documents, plans, drawings and specifications submitted to DSA as part of the design phase and stamped and approved by DSA for the Project.

Related to DSA Record Set

  • Designated Record Set shall have the same meaning as the term “designated record set” in 45 C.F.R. § 164.501.

  • Record system means any group of records under the control of the division from which a record may be retrieved by a personal identifier such as the name of an individual, number, symbol, or other unique retriever assigned to an individual.

  • Event data recorder (EDR) means a device or function in a vehicle that records the vehicle's dynamic, time-series data during the time period just prior to an event (e.g., vehicle speed vs. time) or during a crash event (e.g., delta-V vs. time), intended for retrieval after the crash event. For the purposes of this definition, the event data does not include audio and video data.

  • Donor profile record means all records about donors or potential donors to a public institution of higher education except the names and reported addresses of the actual donors and the date, amount, and conditions of the actual donation.

  • Customer of Record means the person that applies for utility service and is identified in the account records of a public utility as the person responsible for payment of the public utility bill. A customer may or may not be an end user, as defined herein.
