DUTIES OF THE TRANSFER AGENTS. 10.1 The Transfer Agents shall perform the duties set out in this Agreement and the Conditions and, in performing those duties, shall act in accordance with the Conditions and this Agreement.

11.2 Each Transfer Agent shall:
11.2.1 accept Registered Notes delivered to it, with the form of transfer on them duly executed, for the transfer or exchange of all or part of the Registered Note in accordance with the Conditions, and shall, in each case, give to the Registrar all relevant details required by it;
11.2.2 immediately, and in any event within three Business Days (being days when banks are open for business in the city in which the specified office of the Registrar is located) of the relevant request (or such longer period as may be required to comply with any applicable fiscal or other laws or regulations), (i) upon receipt by it of Definitive Registered Notes for transfer (together with any certifications required by it) or (ii) following reduction in the nominal amount of a Registered Global Note on exchange into Definitive Registered Notes, authenticate and deliver at its specified office to the transferee or (at the risk of the transferee) send to the address requested by the transferee duly dated and completed Definitive Registered Notes of a like aggregate nominal amount to the Definitive Registered Notes transferred and, in the case of the transfer of part only of a Definitive Registered Note, authenticate and deliver at its specified office to the transferor or (at the risk of the transferor) send to the address requested by the transferor a duly dated and completed Definitive Registered Note in respect of the balance of the Definitive Registered Notes not so transferred;
11.2.3 if appropriate, charge to the holder of a Registered Note presented for exchange or transfer (i) the costs and expenses (if any) of delivering Registered Notes issued on exchange or transfer other than by regular uninsured mail and (ii) a sum sufficient to cover any stamp duty, tax or other governmental charge that may be imposed in relation to the registration and, in each case, account to the Registrar for those charges; and
11.2.4 at the request of any Paying Agent deliver new Registered Notes to be issued on partial redemption of a Registered Note.
DUTIES OF THE TRANSFER AGENTS. 12.1 The Transfer Agents shall perform such duties as are set out herein and in the Terms and Conditions, any N Covered Bond Confirmation (incorporating the N Covered Bond Confirmation Terms) and in any N Covered Bond Assignment Agreement and, in performing those duties, shall act in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of the relevant N Covered Bond Confirmation (incorporating the N Covered Bond Confirmation Terms) and the N Covered Bond Assignment Agreement.
DUTIES OF THE TRANSFER AGENTS. 11.1 The Transfer Agents shall perform such duties as are set out herein and in the Declaration of Trust and the Conditions and, in performing those duties, shall act in accordance with the Declaration of Trust and the Conditions and the provisions of this Agreement.
DUTIES OF THE TRANSFER AGENTS. 13.1 Without prejudice to the provisions of the Sukuk Communiqué, the Transfer Agents shall perform such duties as are set out herein and in the Representative Agreement and the Conditions and, in performing those duties, shall act in accordance with the Representative Agreement, the Conditions and the provisions of this Agreement.
DUTIES OF THE TRANSFER AGENTS. If and to the extent so specified by the Conditions and in accordance therewith and with the terms of this Agreement, or if otherwise requested by the Issuer, the Transfer Agent shall make available forms of transfer in respect of the Bonds and receive requests for the transfer of Bonds, forms of transfer and other evidence. In addition, the Transfer Agent to which a Certificate is surrendered for the transfer of, or exercise of any Bondholders’ option relating to, the Bonds represented by it shall forthwith notify the Registrar of (1) the name and address of the holder of the Bond(s) appearing on such Certificate, (2) the certificate number of such Certificate and principal amount of the Bond(s) represented by it, (3) (in the case of an exercise of an option) the contents of the Put Exercise Notice, (4) (in the case of a transfer of part only) the principal amount of the Bond(s) to be transferred, and (5) (in the case of a transfer) the name and address of the transferee to be entered on the Register and, subject to Clause 6.3, shall cancel such Certificate and forward it to the Registrar.
