DVR Functionality Tool Bar definition

DVR Functionality Tool Bar means a tool bar providing for the capability of the Customer to perform VCR Functionality (and possibly other functions) in connection with the playback of an Included Program.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.
