DXC Data definition

DXC Data means the content, information and data pertaining to DXC and/or DXC Customers that is submitted to or accessed by Supplier pursuant to this Agreement. DXC Data may include, but is not limited to the following, each of which is defined more fully herein, DXC Sensitive Information, Confidential Information, Personal Information, and Protected Health Information (PHI).

Examples of DXC Data in a sentence

  • Any access to or use of DXC information systems or Processing of DXC Data by or on behalf of Supplier for any other purpose, not explicitly authorized in writing by DXC, shall be deemed a material breach of the Agreement by Supplier.

  • Supplier shall not sell, rent, transfer, distribute, disclose, copy, alter, or remove DXC Data, DXC information system, or Product unless authorized in writing by DXC.

  • Supplier shall ensure all Processing of DXC Data and provisioning of Services and Products complies with all Applicable Laws.

  • If Supplier cannot Process the DXC Data or provide Services or Products in accordance with such Applicable Laws, this Agreement and any SOW, this section “Information Security” and the “DNSS, then Supplier shall immediately notify DXC in writing.

  • Supplier shall only Process DXC Data and access information systems to the extent and in a manner necessary to provide the Services, software or Products, in accordance with this Agreement and any SOW, this section “Information Security” and the “DNSS”.

  • If Supplier cannot Process the DXC Data or provide Services or Products in accordance with such Applicable Laws, this Agreement and any SOW, this section “Information Security” and the “DNSS”, then Supplier shall immediately notify DXC in writing.

  • The gases, which the system produces in the amount of 11Kg/s at 420°C degrees, are utilized according to two working prin- ciples:1) Using the gases which are sent directly to the wet end and then through a cascade system are blown to the dry end, with both burners running at a minimum or turned off;Cogeneration6MWCogeneration6MWMP3.

  • Supplier shall develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive information security program with information security industry standard safeguards, such as ISO 27001/2, to protect DXC Data against Security Breach and to provide secure Services or Products.

  • Supplier shall ensure its use of the Network Connection (and Supplier’s use of DXC-Owned Equipment) is secure and is used only for authorized purposes, and that DXC Data and Information Systems are protected against improper access, use, loss, alteration, or destruction.

  • Supplier shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that all Supplier Personnel used to provide the Services under this Agreement or any SOW have undergone security checks and have been deemed trustworthy, experienced, and of suitable character and integrity to handle DXC Data Supplier will advise DXC in advance if a security check of the type required hereunder cannot be performed by Supplier because of any legal or regulatory restraints on investigating personnel in the local venue.

Related to DXC Data

  • Public data means the objective, factual data on which policy decisions are based and on which public services are assessed, or which is collected or generated in the course of public service delivery.

  • biometric data means personal data resulting from specific technical processing relating to the physical, physiological or behavioural characteristics of a natural person, which allow or confirm the unique identification of that natural person, such as facial images or dactyloscopic data;

  • genetic data means personal data relating to the inherited or acquired genetic characteristics of a natural person which give unique information about the physiology or the health of that natural person and which result, in particular, from an analysis of a biological sample from the natural person in question;

  • Electronic Data means information, facts or programs stored as or on, created or used on, or transmitted to or from computer software, including systems and applications software, hard or floppy disks, CD-ROMS, tapes, drives, cells, data processing devices or any other media which are used with electronically controlled equipment.

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • Open Book Data means complete and accurate financial and non-financial information which is sufficient to enable the Customer to verify the Call Off Contract Charges already paid or payable and Call Off Contract Charges forecast to be paid during the remainder of this Call Off Contract, including details and all assumptions relating to: the Supplier’s Costs broken down against each Good and/or Service and/or Deliverable, including actual capital expenditure (including capital replacement costs); operating expenditure relating to the provision of the Goods and/or Services including an analysis showing: the unit costs and quantity of Goods and any other consumables and bought-in services; manpower resources broken down into the number and grade/role of all Supplier Personnel (free of any contingency) together with a list of agreed rates against each manpower grade; a list of Costs underpinning those rates for each manpower grade, being the agreed rate less the Supplier’s Profit Margin; and Overheads; all interest, expenses and any other third party financing costs incurred in relation to the provision of the Services; the Supplier Profit achieved over the Call Off Contract Period and on an annual basis; confirmation that all methods of Cost apportionment and Overhead allocation are consistent with and not more onerous than such methods applied generally by the Supplier; an explanation of the type and value of risk and contingencies associated with the provision of the Goods and/or Services, including the amount of money attributed to each risk and/or contingency; and the actual Costs profile for each Service Period.

  • EDGAR means the Commission’s Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis and Retrieval System.

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning given in clause 8.1(h).

  • Third Party Data has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).

  • Database means the Commercial Driver Alcohol and Drug Testing Database of the Office of Driver Services of the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration.

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.
