Dynamic Scheduling Agreement means the agreement between the CAISO and Buyer or Seller, as Scheduling Coordinator (as applicable), with respect to the duties and responsibilities of the Scheduling Coordinator with respect to facilities located outside the CAISO balancing area and whose product is dynamically transferred via a pseudo-tie to the CAISO, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the parties thereto.]
