The specific provisions and reporting requirements of this Code are concerned with certain investment activities of all Eagle Employees and Eagle Access Persons, each of whom may benefit by, or interfere with, the purchase and sale of securities, by an Advisory Client.
All Eagle Employees are required to report any violation of the Code of Ethics promptly to the CCO.
All persons subject to this Code, including Eagle Employees and Eagle Access persons, are subject to the general anti-fraud prohibitions under Section 17(j) of the 1940 Act.
