Examples of Earliest Exercise Date in a sentence
An Option that remains unexercised at the close of business on the last day of the Exercise Period (including but not limited to an Option whose Earliest Exercise Date has not occurred) shall be canceled without consideration at the close of business on the last day of the Exercise Period.
Subject to section 5.4(b), the Exercise Period during which an Option may be exercised shall commence on the Earliest Exercise Date specified by the Committee in the Option Agreement (or, if no Earliest Exercise Date is specified in the Option Agreement, on the Vesting Date).

For the avoidance of doubt, if any such termination of employment or service occurs prior to the first day after the six-month period following the listing date of the Company (the “ Earliest Exercise Date”), the one month period for application for exercising unvested RSU(s) shall commence from the Earliest Exercise Date.
