Examples of Early Closing Notice in a sentence

  • The purchase price to be paid by the Purchaser to the Seller for the Property (the "PURCHASE PRICE") shall be $121,000,000, unless the Purchaser shall have delivered to the Seller an Early Closing Notice pursuant to Section 4 hereof, in which case the Purchase Price shall be that price which is listed on SCHEDULE 3 hereof for the date of such Early Closing Notice.

  • Closing Notice Has the meaning specified in the NPA. Company: Has the meaning specified in the first paragraph of this Trust Supplement.

  • Issuance Notice Date means any Trading Day during the Agency Period that an Issuance Notice is delivered pursuant to Section 3(b)(i).
