Early Redemption Payment Date means five (5) Business Days following the day that the Issuer receives the aggregate Sale Proceeds pursuant to Special Condition 5.4 (Early Redemption Amount). Early Redemption Payment Date means the date on which the Notes will become due and payable following the occurrence of an an External Event or Force Majeure Event, as applicable, as soon as reasonably practicable following the date of the External Event Notice or the Force Majeure Event Notice, as applicable, as notified by IBRD in the External Event Notice or the Force Majeure Event Notice, as applicable.
