Early Transfer definition

Early Transfer means the reallocation of Safe Yield in accordance with the Peace Agreement where water from the Agricultural Pool is made available to the Appropriative Pool on an annual basis. [Peace Agreement § 1.1(o).]
Early Transfer means when a Transfer of Waste occurs in accordance with Clause 8 (Transfer of Waste) before the earliest of the Assumed Disposal Dates;
Early Transfer means the reallocation of safe yield not produced by the Overlying Agricultural Pool to the Appropriative Pool on an annual basis rather than according to the five-year increment described in the Judgment. The Early Transfer of not less than 32,800 AFY was the expected approximate amount of water not produced by the Overlying Agricultural Pool. The Early Transfer is to be the greater of 32,800 AF or 32,800 AF plus the actual quantity of water not produced in a given year after all the land use conversions are satisfied. Early transfer water is allocated among members of the Appropriative Pool in accordance with their pro-rata share of the initial safe yield.

  • Capacity Transfer Right means a right, allocated to LSEs serving load in a Locational Deliverability Area, to receive payments, based on the transmission import capability into such Locational Deliverability Area, that offset, in whole or in part, the charges attributable to the Locational Price Adder, if any, included in the Zonal Capacity Price calculated for a Locational Delivery Area.

  • Permitted Transfer has the meaning set forth in Section 10.02.

  • Transfer Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filed by the investor to transfer Units and will be stated in this Offering Document.

  • Transfer Event means (i) a transfer of the ownership of a project, (ii) the sale or assignment of a partnership interest in a project owner and/or (iii) the refinancing of secured debt on a project.   • Transfer-Restricted Security means any Security that constitutes a “restricted security” (as defined in Rule 144); provided, however, that such Security will cease to be a Transfer-Restricted Security upon the earliest to occur of the following events:

  • Subsequent Transfer Instrument: Each Subsequent Transfer Instrument, dated as of a Subsequent Transfer Date, executed by the Trustee and the Depositor substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit I, by which Subsequent Loans are transferred to the Trust Fund.
