Anniversary Year The one-year period beginning on the Closing Date and ending on the first anniversary thereof, and each subsequent one-year period beginning on the day after the end of the preceding Anniversary Year and ending on next succeeding anniversary of the Closing Date.
Early Amortization Period means, with respect to any Series, the period beginning at the close of business on the Business Day immediately preceding the day on which an Amortization Event is deemed to have occurred, and ending upon the earlier to occur of (i) the payment in full to the Investor Certificateholders of such Series of the Invested Amount with respect to such Series and (ii) the Termination Date with respect to such Series.
Delivery Year means the Planning Period for which a Capacity Resource is committed pursuant to the auction procedures specified in Tariff, Attachment DD, or pursuant to an FRR Capacity Plan under Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 8.
Waiting Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
Automatic Renewal Term has the meaning set forth in Section 10(a) hereof.
Subsequent Reset Period means the period from (and including) the Second Reset Date to (but excluding) the next Subsequent Reset Date, and each successive period from (and including) a Subsequent Reset Date to (but excluding) the next succeeding Subsequent Reset Date; and
Benefit year means the period of twelve consecutive months, July 1 through June 30, as established by an employer in which an employee shall accrue and use earned sick leave as provided pursuant to N.J.S.A. 34:11D-2, provided that once the starting date of the benefit year is established by the employer it shall not be changed unless the employer notifies the Commissioner of Labor and Workforce Development of the change in accordance with regulations promulgated pursuant to the Act. The Commissioner shall impose a benefit year on any employer the Commissioner determines is changing the benefit year at times or in ways that prevent the accrual or use of earned sick leave by an employee.
Prior Month Receipt Period With respect to each Distribution Date, the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.
Quarterly Commencement Date means the 1st day of each of April, July, October and January in each year.
Planning Period Balance means the entire period of time remaining in the Planning Period following the month that a monthly auction is conducted.
Plan Year(s means the approximate twelve-month periods between annual meetings of the shareholders of the Company, which, for purposes of the Plan, are the periods for which annual retainers are earned.
Preceding year means a period of 12 consecutive months fixed by the division
Rental Period means the calendar period during which Government property is made available for nongovernmental purposes.
Projected Annual Benefit means the Annual Benefit as defined in subsection (2) above, to which the Participant would be entitled under the terms of the Plan assuming:
(A) the Participant will continue employment until the Normal Retirement Date under the Plan (or current date,if later) and
(B) the Participant's Compensation for the current Limitation Year and all other relevant factors used to determine benefits under the Plan will remain constant for all future Limitation Years.
Subsequent Reset Date means the date or dates specified in the applicable Final Terms;
Matching Period has the meaning specified in Section 5.4(1)(e).
Basic Monthly Earnings means your monthly rate of earnings from the Sponsor in effect immediately prior to the date Disability or Partial Disability begins. However, such earnings will not include bonuses, commissions, overtime pay and extra compensation.
Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.
lump sum payment period means the period measured in weeks of salary, for which payment has been made to facilitate the transition to retirement or to other employment as a result of the implementation of various programs to reduce the size of the Public Service. The lump sum payment period does not include the period of severance pay, which is measured in a like manner.
Tax Limitation Period means the Tax Years for which the Applicant’s Qualified Property is subject to the Tax Limitation Amount and as further identified in Section 2.3.D of this Agreement.
Accrual Termination Date Not applicable.
Mid-Month Receipt Period With respect to each Distribution Date, the one month period beginning on the Determination Date (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, from and including the Cut-Off-Date) occurring in the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs and ending on the day preceding the Determination Date immediately preceding such Distribution Date.
Three-Year Period means, with respect to a Restatement, the three completed fiscal years immediately preceding the date that the Board, a committee of the Board, or the officer or officers of the Company authorized to take such action if Board action is not required, concludes, or reasonably should have concluded, that the Company is required to prepare such Restatement, or, if earlier, the date on which a court, regulator or other legally authorized body directs the Company to prepare such Restatement. The “Three-Year Period” also includes any transition period (that results from a change in the Company’s fiscal year) within or immediately following the three completed fiscal years identified in the preceding sentence. However, a transition period between the last day of the Company’s previous fiscal year end and the first day of its new fiscal year that comprises a period of nine to 12 months shall be deemed a completed fiscal year.
Accumulation Period Factor means, for any Collection Period, a fraction with:
Policy Year means the period of time these Terms and Benefits are in force. The first Policy Year shall be the period from the Policy Effective Date to the day immediately preceding the first Renewal Date as specified in the Policy Schedule (both days inclusive) within one (1) year period; and each subsequent Policy Year shall be the one (1) year period from each Renewal Date.
Prior Year means the year commencing 1 April immediately prior to the relevant Charging Year;
