Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Individuals means those individuals who are citizens of the United Stated (or lawfully admitted permanent residents) and who are women, Black Americans, Hispanic Americans, Native Americans, Asian-Pacific Americans, or Asian-Indian Americans and any other minorities of individuals found to be disadvantaged by the Small Business Administration pursuant to Section 8 (a) of the Small Business Act, RIPTA shall make a rebuttal presumption the individuals in the following groups are socially and economically disadvantaged. RIPTA may also determine, on a case-by-case basis, that individuals who are not a member of one of the following groups are socially and economically disadvantaged:
Economically disadvantaged individual means an individual who is either: (1) eligible for services under the Workforce Investment Act of 1988 (WIA) (29 U.S.C.A 2801 et seq.), as determined by the San Francisco Private Industry Council; or (2) designated “economically disadvantaged” for the First Source Hiring Administration, as an individual who is at risk of relying upon, or returning to, public assistance.
Socially and economically disadvantaged individual means any individual who is a citizen (or lawfully admitted permanent resident) of the United States and who is —
Key Individuals means the Service Provider Representatives identified as being key individuals for the provision of the Services as set out in Schedule 5.5.

Historically Disadvantaged Individual (HDI) means a South African citizen -
Economically disadvantaged means to be eligible to receive free or reduced price
Socially and economically disadvantaged person means an individual who is a citizen or lawful permanent resident of the United States and who is Black, Hispanic, Native American, Asian, Female; or a member of another group or an individual found to be disadvantaged by the Small Business Administration pursuant to Section 3 of the Small Business Act.
Historically Disadvantaged Individual (HDI) - means a South African citizen:
Eligible Individuals means directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, and prospective employees and consultants who have accepted offers of employment or consultancy from the Company or its Subsidiaries or Affiliates.
Individuals means the person(s) who is the subject of PHI and includes a person who qualifies as a personal representative in accordance with 45 CFR 164.502(g).
Designated Employees means a person occupying any of the following position in the Company:
Tipped employee means any employee engaged in an occupation in which he or she customarily and regularly receives more than thirty dollars ($30) per month in tips; and
Principals or Key Personnel means and refers to those principals and key personnel of the Contractor, and its or their agents, as described in C.G.S. §§ 4-250(5) and 4-252(c)(1)(B) and (C).
Competitors means any Person who is not an Affiliate of a Loan Party and who engages (or whose Affiliate engages), as its primary business, in the same or similar business as a material business of the Loan Parties.
Exposed conductive part means the conductive part which can be touched under the provisions of the protection degree IPXXB, and which is not normally energized, but which can become electrically energized under isolation failure conditions. This includes parts under a cover that can be removed without using tools.
Subject individual means a current FAA employee's father, mother, son, daughter, brother, sister, uncle, aunt, first cousin, nephew, niece, husband, wife, father-in-law, mother-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in- law, sister-in-law, stepfather, stepmother, stepson, stepdaughter, stepbrother, stepsister, half brother, half sister, spouse of an in-law, or a member of his/her household.
