EDP Services definition

EDP Services means an electronic mail service provided by EPO Inc. (doing business as epost™) that facilitates the delivery of bills and invoices from Billers to their customers using Direct Services.
EDP Services means an electronic mail service provided by EPO Inc. (doing business as epost™) that facilitates the delivery of bills and invoices from Billers to their customers using Direct Services. "Eligible Bill" means a bill that is of a class specified by a by-law, a Rule, or a standard made under the Canadian Payments Act, and defined therein as an 'eligible bill'. For greater certainty, under this Agreement, an Eligible Bill supporting an Official Image must be a paper-based Instrument, complete and regular on its face, immediately payable to You as payee, and be either a cheque, bank draft, or credit union official cheque, denominated in Canadian Dollars or US Dollars and drawn on a financial institution domiciled in Canada, as and if applicable. For the purposes of this Agreement, third party Instruments that were either delivered to You with the payee in blank or endorsed over to You and post-dated Instruments shall not qualify as Eligible Bills. Further, any Instrument that has been in any way transferred to You from anyone other than the drawer, endorsed over to You, or altered after being drawn shall not qualify as an Eligible Bill.
EDP Services means an electronic mail service provided by EPO Inc. (doing business as epost™) that facilitates the delivery of bills and invoices from Billers to their customers using Coast Online Banking for Small Business.

Examples of EDP Services in a sentence

  • You consent to epost™ preparing, using, and disclosing reports relative to the performance and operation of the EDP Services, including statistical or performance reports and other analysis, compilation, and information about the EDP Services or You, and reports that pertain to Your involvement in and use of the EDP Services.

  • You acknowledge that the consents contained in a) above are requirements of the EDP Services and that if such consents are withdrawn, Your participation in the EDP Services may be suspended or terminated and any or all documents may not be presented via the EDP Services.

  • BNL Data will not be utilized by VIP for any purpose other than those purposes related to rendering EDP Services to BNL under this Agreement, nor will BNL Data or any part thereof be disclosed to third parties by VIP , its employees or agents except for purposes related to VIP's rendering ofEDP Services to BNL under this Agreement or as required by law, regulation, or order of a court or regulatory agency or other authority having jurisdiction thereover.

  • VIP shall have access to BNL Data, at reasonable times, during the term of this Agreement and thereafter for purposes related to VIP's 'rendering of EDP Services to BNL pursuant to this Agreement, or as required by law, regulation or order of a court or regulatory agency or other authority having jurisdiction thereover.

  • If the Financial Institution through Direct Services makes EDP Services available and the Depositor uses the EDP Services: a) the Depositor consents to epost™ preparing, using, and disclosing reports relative to the performance and/or operation of the EDP Services, including statistical or performance reports and other analysis, compilation, and information about the EDP Services or the Depositor, and reports that pertain to the Depositor’s involvement in and use of the EDP Services.

  • In the event that a Client Company terminates EDP Services for reason of a Failure to Perform and no adjustment is made to Actual MSGI Net Billings, the Chief Executive Officer of MSGI shall decide if, in the interest of fairness to the Seller, an adjustment shall be made to Actual MSGI Net Billings; provided, that any such determination shall be final and binding between MSGI and the Seller.

  • In the event that a Client Company enters into a written agreement with Metro for EDP Services under which a Client Company guarantees certain minimum yearly processing revenue ("Minimum Revenue"), Actual MSGI Net Billings shall not be reduced by the Minimum Revenue if Metro has been found to breach such contract by a court of competent jurisdiction or by an arbitrator, as the case may be, for reason of a Failure to Perform.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • IT Services means any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Group’s data processing or other technology requirements, including software development, support or maintenance, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services, facilities management or hardware maintenance; and

  • Education Services means training services performed or delivered by Company.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • System Services has the meaning given such term in Section 3.1.

  • Travel Services means transportation, accommodation or other travel arrangements including, without limitation, air, rail, bus passenger transportation, hotel accommodation and car hire services.
