The Trustees may enter into an administrative services agreement with an Administrative Agent, or shared service arrangements with the trustees of other Education Sector Employee Life and Health Trusts, or with other entities, and may delegate to such Administrative Agent or shared service entities any responsibilities or powers that the Trustees consider appropriate.
