Educational Permit definition

Educational Permit means any license, permit, participation agreement, consent, franchise, approval, authorization, certificate or accreditation issued or required by law to be issued by any Educational Body to an educational institution with respect to any aspect of such institutions’ operations, including, without limitation, the permits, filings and notifications set forth in Schedule 4.19.
Educational Permit means any Permit relating to the ownership, operation or other delivery of pre-school, primary, elementary and/or secondary school, child care center, camp and after school programs or other education activities and operations issued or required to be issued by any Education and Childcare Authority or other Governmental Entity, excluding permits, approvals, licenses, educational or training certificates, or background clearances required for individuals (“Individual Permits”);

Examples of Educational Permit in a sentence

  • An Alaska Native tribe may apply for a Ceremonial or Educational Permit by submitting an application to the Alaska Region, NMFS.

  • Each Cere- monial or Educational Permit will be valid only for the period of time speci- fied on the permit.

  • Submission of a Ceremonial or Educational Permit log shall be required upon the expira- tion of each permit and must be re- ceived by Restricted Access Manage- ment within 15 days of the expiration by facsimile or mail.

Related to Educational Permit

  • Final permit means the version of a permit issued by the Department that has completed all review procedures required by Chapter 14, and for a Class I permit, Chapter 13.

  • PAL permit means the construction permit issued by the Department that establishes a Plantwide Applicability Limitation (PAL) for a major stationary source.

  • Special permit means permission granted specifically on application in advance and in accordance with Annex II and Annex III.

  • General permit means a Permit which covers multiple dischargers of a point source category within a designated geographical area, in lieu of individual Permits being issued to each discharger.

  • Governmental Permit means any license, franchise, permit or other authorization of any Governmental Authority.

  • Material Permit shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(n).

  • Environmental Permit means any permit, approval, identification number, license or other authorization required under any Environmental Law.

  • Regulatory Permits means all Permits granted by the FDA or any comparable Governmental Entity to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, including investigational new drug applications, Biologics License Applications, manufacturing approvals and authorizations, clinical trial authorizations and ethical reviews, or their national or foreign equivalents.

  • Company Authorizations is defined in Section 3.4(b).

  • Business Licenses has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.01(a)(x).

  • Governmental Approval is any consent, authorization, approval, order, license, franchise, permit, certificate, accreditation, registration, filing or notice, of, issued by, from or to, or other act by or in respect of, any Governmental Authority.

  • Regulatory Authorizations means all approvals, clearances, authorizations, registrations, certifications, licenses and permits granted by any Regulatory Authority, including all INDs and NDAs.

  • Health Care Permits means any and all permits, licenses, authorizations, certificates, certificates of need, accreditations and plans of third-party accreditation agencies that are (a) necessary to enable any Borrower to operate any health care facility or participate in and receive payment under any Government Reimbursement Program or other Third Party Payor Arrangement, as applicable, or otherwise continue to conduct its business as it is conducted on the Closing Date, or (b) required under any Health Care Law.

  • Business License means a license issued by the Department to a medical marijuana dispensary, grower, processor, testing laboratory, or transporter.

  • Parent Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Environmental Approval means any present or future permit, ruling, variance or other Authorisation required under Environmental Laws.

  • Planning Permission means any permission, consent or approval given under the Planning Acts;

  • Supervisory Permission means, in relation to any action, such supervisory permission (or, as appropriate, waiver) from the Regulator and/or the Relevant Resolution Authority as is required therefor under Applicable Banking Regulations.

  • Product Authorizations means any and all approvals, including applicable supplements, amendments, pre- and post-approvals, clearances, licenses, notifications, registrations, certifications or authorizations of any Governmental Authority, any Standard Body necessary for the manufacture, development, distribution, use storage, import, export, transport, promotion, marketing, sale or other commercialization of a Product in any country or jurisdiction.

  • Company Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).

  • Required Governmental Approvals means the Company Required Governmental Approvals and the Parent Required Governmental Approvals.

  • Required Permits shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.24.
