EIS Provider definition

EIS Provider or “Early Intervention Service Provider” means an individual, that is either an employee or subcontractor, who provides EIS, including Family Resources Coordination in accordance with the CLA or EIPA’s contract with the DCYF, Part C of IDEA, and Washington’s Federally Approved State Plan regardless of whether or not the entity or individual receives federal funds under Part C of IDEA.
EIS Provider means any ESIT-approved organiza- tion, public, private, tribal or nonprofit entity, school district, or an individual that provides EIS, whether or not the entity or individual receives funding from the ESIT program.
EIS Provider means an entity (whether public, private, or nonprofit, including school districts) or an individual that provides EIS under part C of IDEA, whether or not the entity or individual receives federal funds under part C of IDEA, and may include, where appropriate, the SLA and a public agency responsible for providing EIS to infants and toddlers with disabilities in Washington State under part C of IDEA.
