Election Notification definition

Election Notification has the meaning contained in Section 5.3.
Election Notification means written notification by an Investor to the Company of its election to exercise its preemptive rights under Section 4.1(a) or Section 4.1(b) of this Agreement (as applicable).
Election Notification means written notification by Xxxxxxxxxx of its election to exercise preemptive rights under paragraph (b)(i) or (b)(ii) of this Section (as applicable).
