Electrical Schematic Obligation Notice definition

Electrical Schematic Obligation Notice has the meaning given to that term in Condition 31.19(A);
Electrical Schematic Obligation Notice shall be that set out in Annex 8 (Notices) of this Private Network CfD Agreement, and not that set out in Annex 8 (Pro forma notices) of the Conditions.
Electrical Schematic Obligation Notice means a written notice setting out the details of a Metering Change that has been effected;

  • Completion Notice means a notice issued by the Developer in accordance with clause 6.1.

  • Final Acceptance Certificate means the certificate that shall be issued by the Engineer to the Contractor upon the satisfactory completion of the contract by the Contractor.

  • Notice of Extension/Conversion means the written notice of extension or conversion in substantially the form of Schedule 3.2, as required by Section 3.2.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATION means “Specific conditions, technical specifications, appendices, site information and drawing pertaining to the work in which the tenderers are required to submit their offer. Individual specification number will be assigned to each tender specification.

  • CAFA Notice refers to the notice requirements imposed by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b).

  • Extension Notice has the meaning specified in Section 308.

  • Generation Interconnection Request means a request by a Generation Interconnection Customer pursuant to Tariff, Part IV, subpart A, to interconnect a generating unit with the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of a generating unit interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.
