Electrical Works definition

Electrical Works means the Works, Electrical Installations, Electrical Appliances, Fittings and Associated Equipment, as those terms are defined in the Electricity Act 1992, presently fixed or installed on, over or under the Easement Area, or to be fixed or installed on, over or under the Easement Area in substitution, addition or replacement for them, whether of the same, smaller or larger dimensions or capacity;
Electrical Works means installing any wiring, cable, conduit, trunking, isolators, switch socket outlets, power switches or any other fittings for transmission of electricity for lighting, heating, cooling or other similar purposes in a building;
Electrical Works means the facilities and equipment, including the Interconnection Facilities (as defined in the Interconnection Agreement), as further described in Exhibit 1 and Exhibit 3B.

More Definitions of Electrical Works

Electrical Works means the facilities, equipment and work described in Exhibit 2.2.2-Part 3, Exhibit 2.2.2-Part 6 and Exhibit 2.2.2-Part 11.
