Elevated Notes definition

Elevated Notes means the senior secured fixed rate notes to be issued by the Issuer to certain Noteholders in exchange for Notes following the First Amendment Date in an amount of up to SEK 400,000,000 ranking senior to the Notes pursuant to the Intercreditor Agreement.
Elevated Notes means the senior secured fixed rate notes to be issued by the Issuer to certain holders of Existing Notes in exchange for Existing Notes following the Existing Notes Amendment Date in an amount of up to SEK 400,000,000 ranking senior to the Existing Notes and pari passu to the Notes pursuant to the Intercreditor Agreement.
Elevated Notes means the super senior secured notes issued by the Holdco from time to time in accordance with the Elevated Notes Terms and Conditions.

  • Consequently, the total nominal amount of Existing Notes which may be converted into Elevated Notes (and therefore also the total nominal amount of the Elevated Notes provided all eligible Noteholders convert) will be up to SEK 400,000,000.

  • Initial Note Balance means, for any Class, the Initial Class A-1 Note Balance, the Initial Class A-2 Note Balance, the Initial Class A-3 Note Balance, the Initial Class B Note Balance, the Initial Class C Note Balance, the Initial Class D Note Balance or the Initial Class E Note Balance, as applicable, or with respect to the Notes generally, the sum of the foregoing.
