Eligible Agricultural Product definition

Eligible Agricultural Product means Agricultural Product in Production, Agricultural Product in Post-Production, and Livestock, with respect to which the Producer may seek an Eligible Advance under this Agreement.
Eligible Agricultural Product means a product from a recognized farming business that is included in categories of meat or meat by-products, eggs, dairy products, fish, fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, herbs, honey, maple syrup, mushrooms, nuts or anything else that is grown, raised or harvested and may legally be sold, distributed or offered for sale at a place other than the place where it is produced as food or drink intended for human consumption;

  • The Producer acknowledges and agrees that an authorized representative of the Administrator shall have the right to enter the property where the Eligible Agricultural Product is being produced, maintained, or stored to inspect the Eligible Agricultural Product, where the Administrator believes that there may be a need to verify Eligible Agricultural Product inventories or values.

  • The Producer shall have and maintain multi-peril insurance coverage on their farming operation which includes the entire Eligible Agricultural Product for which all Advances were made.

  • Unless the Producer satisfies the Proof of Sale Exemption permitted under subclause 3.4.6 below, the Producer shall provide the Administrator with proof of sale from the sale of all Eligible Agricultural Products with respect to which Advances were made under this Agreement at any time prior to the termination of the Production Period for the Eligible Agricultural Product.
