Eligible Channel Partner definition

Eligible Channel Partner or “ECP” means a potential co-applicant with the EFI or EFL engaged in marketing, outreach, assisting borrowers with loan applications and/or the submission of loans to the Program. It does not perform underwriting, execute loan documents, or perform servicing activities after loans are funded.
