Eligible Channel Partner definition

Eligible Channel Partner or “ECP” means a potential co-applicant with the EFI or EFL engaged in marketing, outreach, assisting borrowers with loan applications and/or the submission of loans to the Program. It does not perform underwriting, execute loan documents, or perform servicing activities after loans are funded. The Eligible Channel Partner must meet the requirements described in Section 10091.4 and must be a signatory to the PFI’s or PFL’s Program application.
