Eligible Counterparties definition

Eligible Counterparties means a counterparty to OTC derivatives with which a Fundmay trade and belonging to one of the categories approved by the Central Bank which at the date of this Prospectus comprise the following:
Eligible Counterparties means Clients cate- gorised as eligible counterparties pursuant to MiFID II and the Investor Protection Order;
Eligible Counterparties means entities approved or regulated to operate in financial markets such as investment firms, credit institutions, insurance companies, UCITS and their management companies, other regulated financial institutions and in certain cases, other undertakings;
