Eligible elected official definition

Eligible elected official means an individual elected or appointed to a statewide office, the Public Service Commission, or the Legislature.
Eligible elected official means an elected County official who has served in an elected County office for a continuous period of twenty (20) years, and has resigned, retired, or whose tenure in office has otherwise been terminated, whilein good standing.

  • Elected Officer means any member of the City Council. For purposes of this paragraph, the term "City Managerial Employee" shall mean the City Manager, the Assistant City Manager, the City Clerk, and any City department head or director.
