Eligible elected official definition

Eligible elected official means an individual elected or appointed to a statewide office, the Public Service Commission, or the Legislature.
Eligible elected official means an elected County official who has served in an elected County office for a continuous period of twenty (20) years, and has resigned, retired, or whose tenure in office has otherwise been terminated, whilein good standing.

  • Election official means any election officer, election judge, or poll worker.

  • SEF Official means any Director or Officer of, or individual employed directly by, BSEF, the Regulatory Services Provider or any individual rendering similar services to BSEF under an administrative or similar agreement.

  • Qualified Preretirement Survivor Annuity means an annuity which is payable for the life of the Participant's surviving spouse.

Eligible Executives shall be limited to a select group of management or highly compensated employees within the meaning of Sections 201, 301 and 401 of ERISA.
