Provided, however any Full Time Employee who does not reside within 60 miles of the corporate limits of the City at the time that the Full Time Employee is hired, shall nevertheless be considered an Eligible Full Time Employee if the Full Time Employee moves to a residence within the required geographic area within 6 months of the hiring of the Eligible Full Time Employee.
